I’m Patricia Juárez Muñoz. I have 19+ years building products. Staff AI Product Engineer at AWS for 9 years. And I now full-time Founder of WonderLead. I have mentored 150+ professionals, sat in 100+ engineer interviews, led AI literacy work, and I am a contributor to O’Reilly’s Tech Lead Multipliers book.
At AWS, I designed a harness that made hundreds of Amazon product teams AI-Native. And I designed and led a bottom-up AI adoption and literacy cross-functional community across multiple organisations in Berlin. Moving engineers, designers, PMs and managers from hesitation to teaching each other and contributing to other roles.
On 2024, I started the newsletter I needed when I was working hard, obsessed with my customers, and still waiting for someone else to own my career. Now, I’m bringing also that AI safe and experimental space that I created at AWS and I saw working.
We shouldn’t sail this journey alone. 🚢 Many leaders struggle with similar hurdles and mistakes. By navigating this journey with others, the challenges feel smaller, and we learn much faster.

My name is Patricia Juarez Muñoz. I have +19 years of professional experience building tech products. I worked as a Senior (Staff) FE AI Engineer at AWS in Berlin.
